You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email access secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Joining the People of Purpose community is free. You may leave or permanently delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
Some courses may be offered for a one-time purchase, processed by Stripe. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, purchases grant you access to that course's content. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us.
If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring personal text messages from Nate Freeman at the mobile number you provide, sent on weekdays. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of using the community.
You keep ownership of the posts, comments, and images you share. By posting, you grant Veracity Academy LLC a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the community to operate the service. You're responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.
Be respectful. Do not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, infringing, or spam content; impersonate others; attempt to breach security; or misuse the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The service and its content (including faith-based encouragement and educational materials) are provided "as is," for general informational and inspirational purposes, without warranties of any kind. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or counseling advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veracity Academy LLC and Nate Freeman will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
